We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Heads Up Hair Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. We are also happy to revisit your styling needs and exchange products.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
If an appointment is a no show, or re-scheduled two individual times within the 48 hour window, you will be placed on a walk-in basis only or required to pay a deposit for your next appointment.
Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Methods of payment
Heads Up Hair Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Checks and Cash.
You may request a reservation by calling the salon OR via our website. A deposit may be required at this time, for longer color appointments.
Your request will be scheduled based on stylist availability.
Gift Certificate Policy
- Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
- Please call Heads Up Hair Salon concerning lost gift certificates.
- All gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are valid at Heads Up Hair Salon only for all products and services available.
